Twin Peaks is back. And amazingly, the new series seems to be pleasing fans both old and new.
Most importantly, though, the interiors have kept their charm. From the opulent Red Room in the Black Lodge, with its rich velvet wall hangings and bold monochrome floor, to the rustic interiors of the Great Northern Hotel, to the cheerful retro and rough-around-the-edges Double R, Twin Peaks ' interiors are nothing short of iconic.

Retro landscape sticker
Check out the updated Double R Diner in the new series for a wall-length mural of the local landscape , painted in the same kind of way mountains and trees are painted on those oh-so-90s T-shirts that tend to have wolves on them. With this wall sticker, you can create a statement wall that echoes Twin Peaks' cold, wet and leafy surroundings, and the town's infamous sign.

Black and white chevrons
Gotta get those chevrons from the Red Room in there somewhere. If going the whole hog with a full-size black-and-white rug is a little too ambitious for you, then consider these cushions, which will sit nicely on the red velvet couch you just so happen to have.
Otherwise, go all out and get yourself some black and white chevron wallpaper to create the statement wall to end all statement walls.
Eichholtz Cushions, £94 for two, available at Sweetpea & Willow A.S. Creation Wallpaper, from £15.99, available at I Want Wallpaper
Statement lighting
God, does Twin Peaks do lighting well. From the low-hanging pendant discs in the new motel to the misleadingly warm and welcoming table lamps littered throughout the Great Northern, it really is the lights that set the scene. The freestanding Red Room lamp has really captured our hearts; art deco, stark and proud, it's far more of a feature than a functional object. These wall lamps play a similar game, both shape- and statement-wise.
Made Ogilvy Wall Lamp, £39, available at Made
Wood, everywhere
The amount of wood that comes together to create the lobby of the Great Northern is next level. From the wood panelling on the walls to hand-carved decorative objects and furniture, the Great Northern might just as well be part of the woods that surround it. This natural wood chair would fit in well. Ditto for this coat stand .
Graham & Green Natural Ningbo Chair, £165, available at Graham & Green Made Hawthorn Coat Stand in Pine, £139, available at Made
Ben's lamp
Though the Great Northern has given its interiors a bit of a sprucing-up this season, plenty of original relics remain. Ben's desk lamp , for instance. It's more banking-in-the-city than secluded-woodland-retreat but somehow, it works.
Retro Bulbs Green Shade Brass Banker's Lamp, £26.45, available at Retro Bulbs
This retro armchair
The new motel may be a seedy place of terrible wrongdoings but goodness me, does it have some nice furniture. Think '70s wooden dining chairs and armchairs in muted oranges and yellow.
Graham & Green Kennedy Armchair In Burnt Orange, £595, available at Graham & Green
Red velvet
Red velvet curtains à la the Red Room are probably going to be a little oppressive for a regular house. Instead, opt for cushions, like these from John Lewis . Or these from Habitat .
If you're feeling a little bit brave, up your game to a red velvet footstool.
