Meet Genevieve Garner, daughter to Sarah Doukas, agent-extraordinaire and founder of the UK's biggest model agency, Storm. Gen, has evidently inherited the family eye having scouted some of fashion's favourite emergent faces from Cara Delevingne to Alewya Demmisse and Agnes Nieske. In short, if you've got Gen's backing you're most likely Britain's next top model.

With entrepreneurial parents to set the bar, Gen was interning every summer from aged 16. She established her first youth culture magazine at 18 whilst doing her A Levels and cut her teeth working for some of the UK's most revered stylists, publications and designers. Gen, herself is a model, but now only really "models" for mates on the side, and, quite frankly, is so much more than a perfectly symmetrical face. She works both as a stylist and as a creative consultant. In fact, come October she'll be launching Storm Creative a branch of her mother's agency that'll cater for artists and creatives looking for strategic PR from someone who is editorially minded, purist and keen to represent creatives authentically. Smart, eh?

Beyond Gen's tireless work ethic and Pre-Raphaelite features she also owns one of our most envied wardrobes. If there's someone who epitomises London style, it's Gen. Her look is an eclectic mish-mash of Portobello vintage designer gear, sportswear, boys T-shirts and a coat for each pantone colour in existence. Maybe that's why Sharmadean Reid, founder of WAH nails cast her for the WAH X ASOS collab that'll soon be on the back of every London girl worth her Oyster card. We got the 411 from Gen on Brexit, Gucci loafers and her beloved home town.

Name, age, location, occupation:

Genevieve Garner, 24, London, model, stylist, creative agent.

Who’s your best buddy?

I can’t commit and say just one – I’m an Air sign! If you ever went to the party Maxilla – those are my friends.

Where’s your happy place?

On my parent’s farm in the New Forest, or walking through Hyde Park after work.

What do you love about the city you live in?

I love everything about London. I definitely think it’s the best dressed city in the world. I love the vibrancy and the history. It’s fast paced and there is always something to do even when the weather is shit.

How does it impact your style?

London is an incredibly diverse and artistic place, new creative influences are constantly emerging. My boyfriend is a designer so we’re always referencing together, I’m constantly discovering new brands and styles.

Where’s your favourite place to shop?

Dover Street Market.

What item of clothing are you still hunting out?

I’m still looking for a good rain jacket. It’s been a nightmare living in London. I’m always that idiot that gets caught out and turns up to meetings looking like a drowned rat!

What item of clothing best sums you up?

My big furry hat. It’s cosy but makes a statement.

The best new brand you’ve discovered?

Homme boy and Maharishi is getting better and better!

Coconut oil and lots of L.O.V.E.

Keep it natural and keep active!

Favourite beauty product of all time?

A clay and patchouli deodorant I found on holiday. I hate sprays, bad for the environment, terrible for your body.

Ultimate TBT babe?

Blondie, but she’s still the queen. I remember seeing her in the loos at The Box in New York, I was so star struck my hands were shaking.

Where are we most likely to find you on a Friday night/ Sunday morning?

Friday night I could be anywhere. Last Friday my friend Nancy’s band Babeheaven had a gig at Shoreditch House and then we all went dancing. On Sunday I’m usually in Richmond Park or having coffee on Golborne Road.

KINDNESS.

Your biggest fear?

My country becoming politically unstable – which has now become a reality. I’m furious and terrified.

Your biggest achievement to date?

Setting up Storm Creative, my new more editorial special bookings department at Storm Management. It’s amazing to have such an iconic force championing emerging creative talent. I’m a purist so we’re focusing more on strategic, respected careers and less on fame and money.

What do you want from your career?

Obviously success for my friends that I represent. They are all incredibly talented and deserving. They’re all assets to the British creative industry.
