If there's something we enjoy more than A-List prime beef, it's A-List love-ins. Why are celebrities who have celebrity crushes so cute? It's an immeasurable but palpable amount of joy that we garner from watching other celebrities court other celebrities; take Drake's birthday Instagrams for Skepta or Lady Gaga's incessant infatuation with Tony Bennett. Adowable.

Well, it seems Bieber's the latest victim of the Hollywood Cupid's bow after he sported a quite frankly massive picture of Marilyn Manson's face on a t-shirt that on the back read: "Bigger than Satan - Bieber". We thought nothing of it. Then the self-proclaimed "God of Fuck" posted an Instagram pic of himself wearing a Bieber tee with the caption "Bigger than Bieber" and we grabbed the nearest pillow to hide behind.

Because, yes, Kanye tweeted that " What Do U Mean?" was his favourite track of 2015 and last year people started to come out of the closet and confess to being post- Purpose Bieber fans, but, I mean, he's still borderline, right? And we didn't know which way to look when the Prince Of Darkness appeared to be having a pretty open dig at the Prince of Pop.

While we've been feeling anxious about the whole thing all weekend, about whether Brian was actually cussing J-dog out or not, we can now calmly report this morning that they are in fact IRL mates. How do we know this? Because they took a selfie together which is shorthand in 2016 for 'the very best friends there ever were'. Both perplexing and beautiful, we're up for 'Marstin'. Here are the other beguiling and chin-scratching famous friends that we don't want to live in a world without...

WiLo

They go for dinner in New York together frequently and Woody Allen told Access Hollywood that despite their meets being social affairs he "wouldn’t hesitate to use [Lindsay] in a movie because she’s a very talented girl”. Nawww.

Bette Midler and 50 Cent. Ok this is weird. The pair met in 2009 at a charity event Bette was running. Bette made her admiration for Fiddy pretty clear immediately: "He is such a gorgeous star - holy cow!". Adding, "I'd love to collaborate with him, but I'm way [30 years] older than him. I really can't rap, but I'd like to sing in the background on Get Rich or Die Tryin'." Apparently the feeling is entirely mutual and 50 is more optimistic about a collab: "Me and Bette [collaborating] would be really hot." Life!

Snoop and Becks, now here's a collab we can fully get on board with. The planet's coolest dads met while recording for an animated short film based on A Christmas Carol and have remained thick as thieves ever since. In fact, in 2009 Becks gave Snoop's a private lesson in the beautiful game at their LA home.

J-Law and Kris Jenner cemented their blossoming friendship with a series of hi-larious Instagram pictures from Jen's 25th birthday party. Apparently Jen is such a big fan of the Kardashians that her friends begged Kris to join the celebrations, who evidently, more than happily, obliged.

Serena Williams and Kim Kardashian. Can we sit with you? The two caught up for tea in New York last September on Serena's day off from the US Open. That is one conversation we'd like to have been a fly-on-the-wall for.

Merrell

Here's a picture of Will Ferrell attending Mariah's Caesar’s Palace show “Mariah #1 to Infinity” in February. You might notice Will looks particularly fetching? That's maybe because Mariah did his make up. If that's not enough cuteness for you, Mariah is an out-and-out Elf fan.

Last year it suddenly came to public knowledge that John Travolta and Lady Gaga had gone for dinner at Barbra Streisand's house. We had flashes of John and Gaga sharing a microphone, splayed out on a grand white piano with Barbara at the ivories. We suspect it wasn't far from that. Travolta told Extra, "Barbra [has been] wanting to do Gypsy for years, and she’s been developing it, and I think she always visualized Gaga as Louise and maybe me as Herbie.” Hold the phone...

Princess Kunis-Kutcher

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher's relationship with Princess Beatrice has to rank as one of the least likely famous-friendships of all time. Here they are with Bea and her bf celebrating Mila's 32nd birthday in an Uber in New York. That's not even the tip of the iceberg; the foursome holidayed in St Tropez together in 2013. Imagine being that Uber driver.
